GIFT VOUCHER POLICY:

1. Validity
All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.

2. Redemption
Gift vouchers may be used toward any services or products offered at via rey. Bookings are essential and subject to availability. Please mention your voucher at the time of booking.

3. Non-Refundable & No Cash Redemption
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded, in part or full. They may be transferred to another person but remain the responsibility of the holder.

4. Partial Use
If the full value of the voucher is not used in one visit, the remaining balance may be used on a future visit within the validity period.

5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
via rey is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Please treat your voucher like cash.

6. Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation policies apply. Failure to attend or provide adequate notice (e.g. [24 hours]) may result in the voucher being voided or a cancellation fee deducted.

7. Pricing Changes
Prices for services may change. If the value of the voucher does not cover the full cost of the service at the time of redemption, the difference must be paid by the client.

8. Promotions & Discounts
Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless stated otherwise.

9. Digital & Physical Vouchers
Both digital and physical vouchers are accepted. Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption (printed or on a mobile device).

  • Use of medications such as Roaccutane, retinoids, or antibiotics

2. Contraindications
Certain conditions or circumstances may prevent or restrict a treatment. These include:

  • Open wounds, cuts, infections, or contagious conditions

  • Allergic reactions or unknown sensitivities

In some cases, we may modify the service or recommend postponing your appointment.

3. Patch Testing
Patch testing may be required for certain treatments (e.g. tinting, lash services, waxing, or new skincare products).

  • Patch tests must be completed at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment
  • If a patch test is declined, the treatment may not be performed

4. Right to Refuse Service
For your safety, via rey pty ltd reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment if we believe it may cause harm or is unsuitable based on your health information.

5. Pregnancy & Medical Conditions
Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or for certain medical conditions. Please inform us when booking so we can advise on appropriate services.

6. Aftercare Responsibility
Clients will be provided with aftercare advice where required. Following these instructions is essential to minimise risk and achieve the best results. We are not responsible for adverse outcomes where aftercare advice is not followed.

CANCELLATION + NO SHOW POLICY:

To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients and respect our team’s time, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice if you need to make any changes to your appointment.

This includes:

  • Cancelling your appointment
  • Rescheduling your appointment
  • Changing or altering your booked services

Late Cancellations & Changes
Appointments cancelled or amended within 24 business hours will incur a 50% fee of the total booking, which is non-refundable. If a deposit has been paid, it will not be credited toward any future booking.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment, or cancelling on the day, will result in a 100% charge of the total booking, which is non-refundable.

Future Bookings
Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the refusal of future bookings at VIA REY.
